Abstract

The development for the next generation is presented by the work on smart helmet designed with magnificent system of airbags, magnetic locks and sensors providing intelligence and safety to riders. This specified helmet works on detecting the shocks or impact to the head. Real time and rapid injury prevention along with single ergonomic and eco-friendly product. The combination of accelerometers and gyroscopes provides accurate crash detection with 95% accuracy for an impact above 60 G. In the event of a collision, a CO2 powered reusable airbag deploys in less than 01 seconds, providing immediate protection. Additional features include a neodymium magnet-based locking mechanism, Bluetooth connectivity, GPS tracking, and automated emergency alerts dispatched in under 10 seconds. Constructed from recycled and sustainable materials, the helmet is lightweight, comfortable, and suitable for daily use. By addressing the limitations of existing designs such as poor impact protection, high cost, and low comfort this project aims to set a new benchmark in personal safety gear for both urban riders and industrial workers.
